The Planning Commission holds regular meetings on the second Monday of each month.  Our basic agenda covers any pertinent Reports from the Township Board, the Zoning Board of Appeals, and from our ATV trail representative.  It is at our regular meetings that we attend to normal township issues.  Should you have an item you would like placed on our agenda, please contact Nettie Pietila at 575-3545.  Any remaining time at these regular meetings is filled in with work on the Township Master Plan.

 

 

Master Plan Work Sessions are held on the 4th Monday of each month, until the end of the project.  We have now completed the Introduction and historical portions of the document, and are working to formalize information on the Current Status of our township, as well as mission statement, Goals & Objectives for the “PLAN”.  Our thanks to each of you who provided input.  The Master Plan input box will remain available until Nov. 8, for additional questionnaires.  Work sessions are not generally used to conduct regular business, however, given enough time to post your topic, we can attend to Urgent issues. also.
